Directions for  Cereal:

1. Combine 1 part grains with 2–3 parts water in a pot.

2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a gentle simmer.

3. Cook 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until grains are tender.

4. Cool completely before serving to your bird.
