Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure your order reaches you in the best possible condition and in a timely manner. Below are the details of our shipping policy.

1. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer several shipping options to cater to different needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. You will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days.

Free Shipping is available on orders over $50 for USA ORDERS ONLY for standard shipping.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after  weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please Note: During peak seasons, such as holidays or special sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. We are a small buisness so a day or two to get orders out is normal procedure.

3. Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays).

4. International Shipping

We don't ship out of the USA at this time, but may in the future.

5. Shipping Restrictions

For now we ship to USA only.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order directly on the carrier’s website. If you have any issues or cannot locate your tracking details, feel free to contact us at contactus@eclectusark.com.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is damaged during shipping or is lost, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Claims for damaged or lost items must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

8. Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make address changes. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
