1. Empty seeds into a bowl; cover with water for 24 hrs.

2. Rinse & drain in a colander; let sit overnight.

3. Repeat rinse & drain daily until sprouts appear (48–72 hrs).

4. Return sprouts to original pouch, seal, refrigerate (up to 7 days).
