Parrot-Safe Chamomile Tea

Ingredients:

• 1–2 teaspoons dried chamomile flowers (Matricaria chamomilla)

• 1 cup warm water (not boiling – around 100–110°F / 37–43°C, safe to touch)

Steps:

1. Place the dried flowers in a cup or bowl.

2. Pour warm (not hot) water over the flowers.

3. Let steep for 5–7 minutes until the water has a gentle golden color and light aroma.

4. Remove the flowers.

5. Serve cooled tea in a shallow dish, or drizzle lightly over chop for added enrichment and variety.
