Parrot-Safe Ceylon Cinnamon Tea
Ingredients:

1 small piece (1–2 inches) Ceylon cinnamon stick

1 cup warm water (not boiling – around 100–110°F / 37–43°C, safe to touch)
Steps:

Place the Ceylon cinnamon stick piece in a cup or bowl.

Pour warm (not hot) water over it.

Let steep for 7–10 minutes until the water takes on a light golden color and mild aroma.

Remove the cinnamon stick.

Serve cooled tea in a shallow dish, or drizzle lightly over chop for added flavor and enrichment.
